Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Consultation & Surgery Reservation Deposit Policy

To secure a dedicated surgical slot with Representative Director Dr. Ju-Chan Kim, international and domestic patients may be asked to place a reservation deposit (typically 10% of the estimated surgical fee). All deposits are credited 100% toward your final procedure cost upon arrival.

2. Refund Schedule (Fair Trade Commission Consumer Dispute Resolution Standards)

In accordance with the Consumer Dispute Resolution Standards of the Republic of Korea Fair Trade Commission (FTC), surgery reservation deposit refunds are processed as follows:

• Cancellation 7 or more days prior to the scheduled surgery date: 100% full refund of the reservation deposit (excluding international wire/card processing fees if applicable).
• Cancellation 3 to 6 days prior to the scheduled surgery date: 50% refund of the reservation deposit.
• Cancellation within 48 hours (0 to 2 days) prior to surgery or No-Show: Reservation deposit is non-refundable due to dedicated operating room, anesthesia supplies, and surgeon schedule allocation.
• Medical Contraindication Exception: If an in-clinic physical examination or pre-operative test reveals a medical condition that makes surgery unsafe, 100% of the deposit is refunded regardless of timing.

3. Multi-Session Skin & Non-Surgical Package Refunds

If a patient requests a mid-course refund for a multi-session non-surgical or skin booster package, completed sessions are deducted at the standard single-session clinical price, along with a statutory 10% termination fee on the remaining balance.

4. How to Request a Reschedule or Refund
